I took my car to NTB, Jiffy Lube, and some other Service station and they just gave me more problems and told me what was wrong with my car, never fixing the the problem, but definitely charging for them. Grumpy's just fixed it. No run around no B.S. just great work So next time my car breaks down I know exactly where to take it. I suggest that everyone else does too.
They did an absolutely amazing Job on the body of my car - Highly recommend!!!

I'll start with why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. The amount of time it took to get my car repairs done, took quite a bit longer than anticipated, but they were apologetic for the length of time it took. Otherwise, these guys are great -- took my car in for body repairs to my front bumper and passenger front quarter panel. They did a excellent job. The paint job was perfect. I understand that the bumper the insurance company told them to use was too small and instead of letting it slide and wait for me to view the wrong sized bumper they fought with the insurance company to get the right bumper. I was very pleased with the outcome and they were easy to work with as well. Thanks guys!

These guys were absolutely awesome! I'm young and don't know a lot about cars, but i know people. Chris (the owner) dealt with my car personally even though it was pretty basic, and was very open about what was happening and ways i could even save money and make things easier on myself. Very trustworthy and you can guarantee I'll be back!
