I love working out with the trainer she is awesome always pushing you to do your best, because of her I've lost 21lbs in 2 1/2 months without her help I wouldn't have lost weight . I feel like NO PAIN NO GAINS" attitude. I only go when she has her scheduled times for her classes. I love when you walk in they know your name makes me feel great. I just wish it was bigger because you always have to wait for a machine or tanning booths or then that I love PLANT FITNESS ❤️
Horrible gym, had to report trainer to manager several times about her and her friends conduct. They are loud, rude, and throw gym material around the gym trying to hit each other like children. They play music straight from their phones, they use 3-4 machines at once and even keep a machine for water bottles and phone. They also have conversations yelling back and forth across the gym, you can hear over your music. It’s just nonsense you shouldn’t have to deal with working out. I know of others who’ve also complained about them and manager does nothing. They break all the rules and are allowed to do and act like 5 year olds. I’ve been to many gyms, in many states, and this is the worst gym and the only gym I’ve had an issue in. I would not suggest this gym ever to anyone, it’s cheap for a reason. I learned my lesson. Very Clean Good environment, motivational words on all equipment and on some videos television, ability to plug in and listen to music or the programs in front of you while you're working out. Can work quietly and focus on specific areas of concern. Great place good people.
Great gym and customer service. I can only go from time to time due to health issues, but they are very helpful in helping me when l go to make sure l am comfortable and am able to do what is best for me and my condition. Most of the crew is pretty awesome. Main manager is very nice and helpful. Good place over all for exercise and massage. Need to have membership, but really, really good priced.
Working out here has great. No complaints at all. Satisfied customer I am.
