As an existing customer with Recon, our annual inspection was due. Instead of reviewing the system, the owner of Recon decided to tell me how we had potential concerns in the building. This is after both the Fire Marshal and Fire Inspector had already come through and checked off on everything but an out of date inspection. The owner of Recon told me that I may have to add additional sprinkler heads in areas that are inside of a sprinklered facility and that neither the Fire Marshal or Fire Inspector were concerned with. It is clear this outfit is about the “up sell” it is clearly an unethical behavior that I encourage anyone seeking this type of service to STAY AWAY from.
